We have just sold our 18 millionth item across 60 sales channels in over 100 countries, so there is plenty of stuff to get stuck into. You will be working with other departments across the company to maximise results with guaranteed job satisfaction.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Monitor and improve our PPC advertising on search engines to generate a better return on investment.
Monitor and improve our affiliate marketing networks to generate a better return on investment.
Search Engine Optimisation activity for all of our websites - Manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies.
Manage all our brand social media accounts, continuing to build an engaged community.
Manage promotional activity calendar and ensure uniformity across all touch points.
Manage email marketing campaigns in line with our marketing strategy.
Ensure that the Xbite websites content is up-to-date and refreshed on a regular basis.
Build on-page campaign pieces as web pages utilisting HTML and CSS.
Forecast marketing campaign results and return on investment and plan activity at a level geared to delivering the required level of enquiries. Report on results and make recommendations for improvements.
Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
Keep abreast of digital marketing trends; trial and implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns.
Understand and demonstrate the Xbite company values with colleagues and clients.
Produce accurate and logical reports reporting on ROI versus investment on all activities undertaken.
Closely manage the digital marketing budget maximising spend across all digital touchpoints.
Conduct 1-2-1’s with your team and help individuals develop and improve their career.
Motivating, leading and supporting the team on various projects.
HERE'S THE DAY TO DAY JOB
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing (preferred but not essential), 3+ Years Experience in Marketing, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Editing, Self-Motivated, Strong Leadership Skills, Team Orientated, Goal Orientated, Strong Attention to Detail, SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Social Media.
