CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS

20 Hours (9am - 1pm)

ROLE DUTIES

-Responding to customer queries via Emails, Live Chat and telephone.


-General order administrations such as refunding and replacing orders, arranging and sending out spare parts and going to extra mile for customers.


-Meeting service levels KPIs for all customer contact channels

THE CANDIDATE

- Must be computer literate and have professional experience in email and telephone customer contact.

-Being motivated and passionate about customer service is essential in this fast paced environment.

- Must be flexible and able to work remotely during sundays/bank holidays if rotad on.

- Ensuring that workloads are effectively managed, meeting service levels KPIs for all customer contact channels
- Supporting agents with query management with a view to meet first time resolution
- Responding to escalated customer queries via Emails, Live Chat and telephone.

- General order administrations such as budget management and monitoring Fraud Loss.

- Reporting on Fraud Loss and Account status based on KPIs set by Customer Relations Manager.

- 1:1 Performance Management meetings with Staff Members.

ROLE DUTIES

- To be organised and motivational, ideally in a customer service/sales environment, understanding KPIs and how to meet them.

-Being motivated and passionate about customer service is essential in this fast paced environment.

-You must be flexible and have a hands-on attitude that’s all about getting the job done whilst working under pressure.

- Able to work remotely during sundays/bank holidays if rotad on.
